Ethylenediamine phosphate is an activator that is highly effective in the flotation of oxy-sulfur mixed copper and copper oxide.
Ethylenediamine phosphate appears as a slightly reddish-yellow liquid, soluble in water, slightly acidic, insoluble impurities less than 0.004%.
The agent is added directly. The dosage range is generally about 200-600g /t raw ore (according to the different mineral structure), generally added in a section of ball grinding mouth. The pH of the slurry is controlled at about pH =8.5. The mixed use of the activator with LF-A, LF-2, LF-28 and collector can produce synergistic effect and achieve the purpose of improving the beneficiation index and reducing the drug consumption. The activator is especially aimed at the refractory copper oxide ores with low recovery rate, high oxidation rate, high binding rate and high slime content, and it can also improve the beneficiation indication of easy copper oxide ores to some extent.
Ethylenediamine phosphate is easy to use and can be used without changing the original production process in the concentrator. The flotation process has the advantages of stable foam layer and easy operation. Note: the product is non-toxic, harmless, non-corrosive, shelf life is about 0.5 years, according to the climate and temperature change of the product if there is precipitation does not affect the quality, can be removed from the precipitation diluted to 2-3% concentration for use.

Ethylenediamine phosphate is non-toxic, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly, and has a shelf life of about 1 year. Small amounts of crystal precipitates do not affect quality depending on climate and temperature variations.
