Uses
This product is used for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and latex antioxidant, can also be used in polyethylene. It has protective effect against oxygen, weather aging and static aging, and can also effectively protect against copper damage and overcome the adverse effects caused by excessive sulfur in the process of crystallization vulcanization.
This product can be used alone, or with other anti-aging agents (such as DNP, AP and other non-polluting anti-aging agents) well use, can obtain obvious synergistic effect. This product is easy to disperse in rubber, does not change color in sunlight, and is slightly polluting.
When used alone, the dosage is generally 1-1.5 parts. When the dosage is more than 2 parts, it will produce frosting phenomenon. The amount of latex foam rubber is 0.5. Because of its bitter taste, it is not suitable for rubber products in contact with food.
